Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and assign tasks to Sales Associates
- Coach, mentor and conduct regular training to Sales Associates to enhance service performance
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services, build and develop the VVIP database
- Ensure all standards including visual merchandising, packaging are as per global guidelines
- Managing inventory and day-to-day operations, including stockroom standards and cleanliness
Job Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of retail experience, including 4 years in a supervisory / managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
