Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and implement strategic action plans to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average transactions, and client retention. Support team members in achieving set sales objectives. Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and risks. Prepare and manage the boutique's quarterly and yearly budgets. Generate monthly reports and proposals regarding sales actions and competitor insights. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing boutique team. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for team development. Identify talent and succession planning opportunities within the team. Foster a client-focused, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Lead efforts for client acquisition, ensuring effective follow-ups and outreach strategies. Propose marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients. Ensure compliance with the boutique's discount policy and minimize average discounts. Oversee the boutique's environment to maintain professionalism and high standards. Ensure that all stock security procedures are strictly followed and manage inventory effectively. Communicate business updates with management and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Organize the monthly roster and ensure effective integration of new staff members. Participate in client entertainment functions and seminars as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification. Minimum of 10 years of retail experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Strong customer relations management skills with an established client base. Knowledge of high jewellery and high complication items is essential. Passion for watches and jewellery with a solid understanding of retail operations. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a sales-driven environment. Positive and customer-focused attitude.
