Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives
- Maintain high standards in retail operations, customer service, team management, and sales planning.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and take responsibility for their implementation.
- Manage store budget by monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and business goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement, drive sales growth, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail
- Entrepreneurial mindset - Problem solver and go-getter
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
