Boutique Manager I Luxury Retail

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive the commercial success of the store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring operational compliance and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Manage and evaluate individual team performance, ensuring discipline and accountability
• Uphold and deliver a positive and consistent brand experience to all customers
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and impactful product presentation to maximize customer engagement and sales
• Ensure compliance in all areas of store operations including customer service, safety, loss prevention, and HR policies
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment, minimizing discrepancies and supporting stock accuracy
• Participate in and support training and development programs tailored to team and individual needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in a related field
• At least 10 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Sales-driven, resilient, and capable of performing under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
