Location: Singapore

Duration: 6 months minimum (full-time preferred from Jan 2027)

Reporting To: South-East Asia, Marketing & Communications Manager

Your opportunity

Media

• Preparation and liaising with media and production agencies for the implementation of advertising assets for the region
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and luxury industry monitoring
• Monitor regional competitor activities, launches, and communication initiatives

PR

• Support day-to-day coordination with PR agencies across Southeast Asia
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and editorial materials for the rest of SEA
• Maintain media, journalist, stylist, and KOL databases
• Assist with press clippings and reporting together with the PR agency
• Arrange security logistics and high-value creations for photoshoot opportunities

Trade Marketing & VM

• Support the organisation and implementation of brand events in the region: logistics arrangement, idea generation, preparation of marketing collateral, etc
• Support the team in daily marketing operational activities and execution
• Involved in communication strategies and activities to increase customer engagement
• Coordinate the delivery of PCRM and VM-related materials in boutiques and the post-implementation report

Events & VM

• Support the boutique when needed, especially during peak periods or events, while upholding hospitality practices
• Frequent liaison with the Paris HQ team to align on brand guidelines, approvals, and regional adaptations

Finance & Others

• Creation and management of purchase orders, submitting invoices, and updating budgets
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and any administrative work for the department
• Any other ad hoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work

• You are at ease with using Office pack and Excel as well as open to learning how to use various online creative platforms
