Job Description

Experience as an operator, preferably with experience in piling, civil earthworks, or mining.
Ability to work independently and in a team, strong leadership and time management skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Familiarity with different types of piling machines.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Completion of relevant training programs.
Drive or drill piles into the ground according to project specifications.
Conduct daily machine safety checks, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure piles are placed accurately and to the correct depth.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Understand technical plans and specifications to ensure accurate work.
Direct workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets.
Keep accurate records of work performed.
Identify the position of underground services (such as pipes or wires) before starting work.
