Job Summary
Alkem is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Executive to support administrative operations, manage customer inquiries, and assist in sales order processing to drive efficient service delivery and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation to support operational efficiency
- Prepare quotations and enter sales orders accurately to facilitate timely processing and customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to resolve issues and enhance client relationships
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets for reporting and communication purposes
- Operate PC systems efficiently, demonstrating reasonable typing speed to support data entry and correspondence
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English to ensure understanding and professionalism in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
- Leverage knowledge of AS400/BookMaster systems, if applicable, to support order processing and inventory management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Experience with AS400/BookMaster systems is advantageous but not required
- Positive attitude with a presentable and outgoing demeanor to represent the company professionally
Other Information
- Contract Position: 1 year with the option to extend
- Transportation provided from Jurong East MRT
