BOLIA Senior Sales Consultant / Interior Designer

Role

As a Senior Sales Consultant / Interior Designer (BOLIA) , you'll play a key role in shaping our client's experience.

This role is about solution selling – guiding clients with confidence, offering tailored interior design recommendations, and helping them decide on Scandinavian high-quality pieces that elevate their homes.

You'll contribute to store performance, support your colleagues, and embody BOLIA's values.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service
• Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs
• Confidently advise on interior design solutions, from layout to product selection
• Drive performance by exceeding individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset
• Present and sell high-ticket items with professionalism and passion
• Communicate authentically with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and connection
• Use available tools to optimize opportunities and enhance client experience
• Support both front and back-of-house operations, contributing to team spirit
• Uphold company policies and operational standards consistently
• Assist in general showroom maintenance, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
• Complete sales transactions by processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Profile

• Professional background in interior design, luxury retail, or hospitality
• Strong confidence in advising and recommending interior solutions
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, and creating beautiful living spaces
• Natural business mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfortable selling high-value items and cultivating long-term client portfolios
• Open-minded, authentic, and aligned with European/Danish values of ownership and accountability
• Strong team player with proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and applications
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese language is a plus
• Physically able to safely lift boxes up to 15kgs

Working Hours:

Weekdays: Monday – Friday, 10am - 7pm

Weekends: Sat – Sun, 10am – 6pm

5 working days per week with 2 rest days, which may fall on either weekends or weekdays.
