Boiler Engineer

1. Under the leadership of the production manager, be responsible for the safe and economical operation, technical management, overhaul and daily maintenance management of the company's boilers, flue gas purification, waste feeding, ash and slag conveying equipment;
2. In the construction stage, the on-site construction and technical management of the major, the connection and technical control with the construction unit, the design unit and the construction unit;
3. Responsible for the economic operation analysis, supervision and management of the boiler profession; master the operation status of the equipment, do a good job in economic analysis and accounting, system operation mode, debugging test plan, control parameters and other improvement work;
4. Responsible for guiding the operation and maintenance technology of boiler professionals, and organize and solve difficult technical problems in production in a timely manner;
5. Analyze accidents and unsafe phenomena in boiler workshops, study and formulate anti-accident measures and plans, submit analysis reports in a timely manner, and supervise the safe implementation of various regulations and systems;
6. Responsible for organizing the supervision, inspection and acceptance of boiler professional equipment maintenance quality, and participate in the test and acceptance of equipment after technical transformation;
7. Organize the demonstration, preparation, preliminary review and implementation of boiler professional technical innovation, rationalization suggestions, new technology application plans and measures;
8. Organize technical learning and technical lectures for the boiler profession, formulate the annual training plan or training plan for a certain period of time, anti-accident drill plan, etc., according to the company's training plan, and be responsible for the organization and implementation;
9. Responsible for organizing the professional operation of boilers, the drawing, writing and revision of drawings, etc., responsible for the collection of various technical documents of the boiler profession, the establishment and management of various technical documents, and timely revision and supplementation;
10. Responsible for the design of professional reports and record formats for boilers, establishing and improving professional accounts and statistical analysis, reporting and filing;
Responsible for organizing the elimination of shortages of professional equipment under its jurisdiction, formulate elimination measures, implement the responsibility to people, and supervise the implementation of inspection measures.
11. For technical problems arising in the on-site maintenance process, the maintenance unit should cooperate with the maintenance unit to propose solutions and organize their implementation.
12. Participate in professional operation analysis, accident analysis and related meetings under the jurisdiction, write accident analysis reports on time, and make suggestions;
13. Responsible for on-site guidance of major operations of the unit;
14. During the capital construction period, check the design drawings of the major, and review and review the design drawings and design documents;
15. Complete other temporary or phased work assigned by the leader.
