Boiler Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation and maintenance of the power plant and its ancillary systems.
• Liaise with MOM and NEA for annual boiler statutory inspections and report submissions.
• Prepare procedures, checklists, and training materials to train the maintenance team and operators.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and engineering departments, as well as contractors, to carry out assigned tasks.
• Monitor chimney emissions closely and control combustion in accordance with relevant government laws and regulations.
• Ensure overall boiler efficiency and optimize the treatment process.
• Assist in the implementation and management of all Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the power plant industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Tuas South.
