Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like Air-compressors, Air-Driers, Cooling Towers, DI Water Plant, Steam Boiler, Thermal Oil Heaters, Fire Protection Systems.
Monitoring and Maintenance of Process Plant Equipments
Install, service, troubleshoots, repair and overhaul basic machineries, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyor systems.
Carryout Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipments in co-ordination with the service providers and superiors.
Monitor Normal Operation of Plant Equipment / Machinery / Pipe Work and Troubleshoot as necessary for smooth operation of Manufacturing Units / Packaging, minimizing downtime.
Carry out Mechanical Lock out & Isolations as required to perform maintenance activities either in-house or by Contractors.
Perform Job Safety Analysis, Job Safety Observations, Risk Assessments on Operation of Utilities / Maintenance Services.
Supervise the works carried out by contractors and Safe handover & Take over of Equipments.
Requirements:
Class 2 Boiler Attendant COC or Nitec- Mechanical Technology or Equivalent.
2 to 3 years working experience in operation of Steam Boilers and Maintenance of mechanical equipments.
Basic English Knowledge to read and understand procedures
Computer Skills to use Access databases for maintenance and E-mails
