- Supervise and guide therapists to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling and customer service to ensure smooth centre functioning
- Maintain workplace hygiene, safety, and cleanliness to comply with health standards
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback, executing service recovery to enhance client satisfaction
- Conduct stock checks and order supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels for uninterrupted service
