Job scope

. Contact person for Regent's fleet arriving in Singapore

. Handles all processes for smooth entry and exit of the vessel in Singapore port

. Arrangement of vessel pre-arrival, arrival, and departure clearances

. Communicate with the crews clearly and effectively on the scheduling, and/or any other queries

. Assist Superintendent with ship procurement and supplies

. Communicate with relevant authorities on vessel arrival/departure/berthing

. Manage and planning of vessel schedules.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
