Boarding Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities:

• Attend onboard vessels for delivery and collection of consumables

• To supply to ships and ocean-going vessels anchored in Singapore and international waters

• To follow supply vessels out to sea and ensure supply are properly delivered

• To establish good rapport with ship captain/ master

• Knowledge of maritime regulations and procedures would be an advantage

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N or O level

• Relevant experience in ship chandling environment an added advantage

• Aggressive with good interpersonal skills

• Able to work long hours and cope with tight delivery schedules

• Computer literate

• Inexperience Diploma holders are welcome, training will be provided

• Able to communicate and negotiate with ship personnel independently

• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License
