Job Description

Type: Founding Board Member- Leadership Council (Invitation-Only)

Location: International (distributed; flagship cadence anchored in Switzerland; North America hubs)

Term: 3 years

Required: Council membership

2026 is not a back to normal year. It's a rebuild-the-operating-system year. Legacy multilateral institutions still matter and must be strengthened—but the world also needs new delivery institutions that can move at the speed of modern shocks: verified decisions, lawful coordination, and capital that can deploy under stress without breaking trust.

GRA is being built as the frontier business league for exponential risk—the place where the people who carry real responsibility (and real resources) build the shared execution layer the global system is missing.

This is not philanthropy. This is not lobbying. This is not a conference circuit.

This is a build room.

Backed by

  • The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI): evidence and sovereign-grade risk intelligence infrastructure.
  • The Global Risks Forum (GRF): standards, assurance, due process, and global convening discipline.

GRA is designed as neutral, open ecosystem infrastructure for financial services and critical markets—turning systemic risk into repeatable, auditable patterns that countries, institutions, and corridors can actually deploy. We are forming the Founding Councils now, with a direct pathway to the Founding Board of Governors (2026).

What you do here (in one line)

You help build the practical machinery of modern multilateralism:

truth that can be verified, decisions that can be trusted, and readiness that can be financed—at scale.

Who this is for

Invitation is reserved for principals with the ability to move institutions, markets, or major resources:

  • founders / billionaires / family office principals, CIOs, chairs
  • C-suite / board / global function heads across banking, insurance, asset management, markets, payments, exchanges/clearing, DFIs/MDBs, sovereign finance, critical infrastructure, cyber/operational resilience, AI governance

Independence matters. Discipline matters. Delivery matters.

Expectations

  • Low-noise cadence with defined outputs (not endless meetings)
  • Build deliverables that can be adopted across jurisdictions and institutions
  • Integrity first: conflicts managed, influence bounded, brand misuse prevented
  • Outcome proof: Member-in-Good-Standing is earned through contribution + delivery

In short: we are not recruiting attention. We are recruiting capability under scrutiny.

If you're considering a seat

Apply if you want to help build the new execution layer for resilience and development finance—so multilateralism becomes tangible again: faster, lawful, auditable, and trusted.
