BMS Project Engineer (End-to-End | Data Centre / Healthcare Projects)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the full lifecycle of BMS (Building Management System) projects, from initial design to final commissioning.

• Support conceptual design, engineering, and implementation of BMS systems for Data Centres and Hospitals

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution

• Oversee BMS installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) activities on-site

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to controls, instrumentation, and system integration

• Ensure all works meet project specifications, safety, and quality standards

• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and project documentation

• Support handover process to clients with proper system validation and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

• 1-4 years experience in project execution (BMS / HVAC / Controls / M&E)

• Basic understanding or exposure to:

  • BMS / BAS systems

  • HVAC systems (chiller plant, AHU, FCU)

  • PLC / DDC / control systems (added advantage)
