BMS Engineer

We are seeking a BMS Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to implement and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) using Direct Digital Controllers (DDCs) to control and monitor building mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and maintain BMS/DDC controllers.

Control and monitor building systems including:

ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)

Power monitoring

Lighting systems

Other mechanical and electrical services

Perform BMS graphics development, point configuration, and alarm setup.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS installations.

Troubleshoot field devices, controllers, and communication issues.

Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve system faults.

Support BMS integration with IBMS platforms and mobile applications for BFR management.

Prepare as-built drawings, point lists, and operation manuals.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.

2-5 years of experience in BMS, DDC, or HVAC control systems.

Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems and building services.

Experience with DDC controllers and field devices.

Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet or Modbus.

Ability to work independently on site.

Added Advantage

Experience with energy management or green building systems.

Knowledge of testing & balancing (T&B) coordination.

Prior experience in IBMS environments.
