PROJECT ENGINEER (BMS)

We are seeking a skilled Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of building automation and control systems. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and other integrated building services through the BMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain BMS / BAS systems

• Program and troubleshoot controllers, sensors, and field devices

• Integrate HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other systems into BMS

• Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and system alarms

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility teams

• Review technical drawings, schematics, and control sequences

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built records

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

• Experience with BMS / Building Automation Systems preferred

• Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and networking fundamentals

• Familiarity with protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) is an advantage

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of BMS software platforms is beneficial
