BMS Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform BMS point verification, functional testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and integration of BMS field devices and controllers.
• Conduct routine system checks, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain testing records, reports, and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance work.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in BMS, automation, or control systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in BMS point verification and field device testing.
• Familiarity with major BMS systems (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and control logic.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
