We are looking for a BMS Applications Programmer at our office in Singapore and welcome your application.
Job Scopes
- Coordinate BMS integration work between PLCs and SCADA.
- Support project manager in graphic submission and customer requirement.
- Database management for SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft access.
- Meeting with customer to understand the needs, as well as present to them the product.
- Prepare engineering documentation including point schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, as well as system architecture diagrams.
- Provide support during testing and commissioning stages.
- Prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals.
- Provide training to customers.
- Projects execution and troubleshooting support.
- Provide guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving skills to junior engineers
Requirements
- Knowledgeable on electrical and ACMV system.
- Familiar with SQL, MS SQL and Microsoft access database management and setup.
- Strong troubleshooting skill.
- Strong analytical mind.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Preferable skillset:
--Siemens TIA Portal (PLC programming)
--Ignition Platform (Graphic Design)
--WinCC OA (Graphic Design)
-- Zenon Copadata Platform (Graphic Design)
