Blockchain Product Manager

Hawksman Technology is working with a global RWA tokenization platform to expand their stablecoin and tokenization product suite.

Level: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our clients product and engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, product design, and regulatory alignment. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the roadmap for stablecoins and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization products.

The role is highly cross-functional you will collaborate with engineers, compliance specialists, and smart contract developers to deliver secure, transparent, and regulated blockchain-based financial products.

What Youll Be Doing

• Define and deliver the product roadmap for stablecoins and tokenized RWA.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contracts.
• Partner with engineers on token issuance, redemption, and reserve systems.
• Manage oracle integrations (e.g., Chainlink) and proof-of-reserve dashboards.
• Work with compliance teams to align products with MAS, SEC, and MiCA regulations.
• Oversee testing, audits, and incident response for critical product releases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years in product management, technical program management, or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of blockchains, smart contracts, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626).
• Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset custody/settlement.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to work across technical and business teams.
• Understanding of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
