Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DeFi integrations across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Layer 2 ecosystems
- Expand token utility in AMMs, lending protocols, veToken platforms, and structured DeFi markets
- Build and manage partnerships with DAO treasuries, DeFi protocols, and cross-chain liquidity networks
- Coordinate governance-aligned capital deployment and incentive structures
- Analyze liquidity data and protocol growth using Dune, Nansen, Arkham, and DeFiLlama
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in DeFi business development, treasury partnerships, or token incentive frameworks
- Proficient in on-chain analytics platforms and governance-based strategy execution
- Experience collaborating with DAO contributors, liquidity providers, or protocol-side stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of veToken models, liquidity provisioning, and decentralized coordination
- Preference for candidates with a background in decentralized ecosystems and native participation in Web3 networks

Pay range and compensation package:
- Salary: $130,000$220,000 USD
- Performance-based incentives tied to execution and protocol outcomes
