Bistro Manager cum Mixologist

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Bistro Manager cum Mixologist to lead our front-of-house operations while delivering an exceptional beverage experience. This unique role blends hospitality leadership with creative mixology, ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bistro Operations Management
. Oversee daily bistro operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-notch service.
. Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
. Manage reservations, customer flow, and table turnover efficiently.
. Monitor stock levels for both kitchen and bar, coordinating with suppliers for timely orders.
. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
2. Customer Service & Experience
. Act as the face of Mugshots SG, greeting and engaging guests.
. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
. Maintain a welcoming and memorable dining & drinking experience.
3. Mixology & Beverage Program
. Curate and prepare signature cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal drink menus.
. Experiment with new recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
. Ensure quality control and consistency in all drinks served.
. Train staff in basic bartending and drink presentation.
4. Business & Financial Management
. Monitor daily sales, manage POS systems, and prepare reports for management.
. Assist with cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
. Develop promotions and events to boost revenue.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
. Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, social media content, and special events.
. Participate in local food & beverage community networking to promote the brand.
Requirements
Essential
. Proven experience in both hospitality management and bartending/mixology.
. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
. Creativity in drink creation and presentation.
. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
. Knowledge of inventory control and basic financial management.
Preferred:
. Formal certification in hospitality or bartending.
. Familiarity with Singapore's F&B licensing and compliance regulations.
