Apply Your Biotechnology Expertise in a Hands-On Manufacturing Environment

Looking to build practical experience in biotechnology manufacturing, cGMP operations, and bioprocessing

Join a regulated manufacturing environment where you'll play an active role in day-to-day production while gaining exposure to cleanroom operations, manufacturing equipment, process systems, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Working alongside Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams, you'll contribute to safe, compliant, and reliable production while developing valuable hands-on experience within a structured GMP environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and non-routine manufacturing activities in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and electronic documentation requirements.
Carry out cleanroom production activities, including equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, and material handling.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in accordance with GMP requirements.
Conduct production sampling, process monitoring, and relevant laboratory checks while ensuring manufacturing data is accurately recorded.
Support troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to maintain consistent manufacturing performance.
Participate in process transfers, equipment commissioning, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and electronic documentation in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
Support workplace safety, housekeeping, audit readiness, and quality initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
Share technical knowledge and provide on-the-job guidance to colleagues when required.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient and reliable operations.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
Knowledge of cGMP requirements, cleanroom practices, manufacturing systems, and production equipment is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting rotating shifts where required.
Able to follow cleanroom gowning procedures, workplace safety requirements, and established manufacturing practices.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
