Biomedical Equipment Technician/Engineer

Our Company:

Together with our medical clinic partner, we jointly operate the latest breast imaging technology for the early detection of Breast Cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Maintenance: Basic installation, commissioning and scheduled 6 monthly preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure peak performance.
The system is primarily plug and play.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and implement effective, timely repairs on-site or remotely. Support from the USA principal will be provided as required.

3. System Upgrades: Assist in software updates and upgrades when required, again guided and supported by the USA principal.

4. Customer Support: Serve as the technical first point of contact, providing expert advice and training clinic users on safe usage.

5. Documentation: Maintain detailed service records.

6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Identify required spare parts, support ordering, and ensure proper usage and replacement of components.

7. Compliance & Safety: Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements at all times.

8. Assist with screenings at clinic site, when necessary.

9. Limited overseas travel may be required with each trip lasting up to maximum 4 days.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field).

. Ability to work independently at customer sites and manage time effectively

. Full training will be provided.

. Priority will be given to the successful candidate that can start immediately.

. Good career path to management level.
