About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, domain ready Bio Chem Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and modern software technologies with chemical /biochemical domain knowledge. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building end-to-end solutions, experimenting with emerging AI capabilities, and rapidly converting ideas into impactful applications in the field of life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop Gen AI applications, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows.

. Build and implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise search solutions.

. Develop backend services, APIs, and AI integrations using Python.

. Build user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies such as React.

. Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.

. Rapidly prototype Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and customer demonstrations in life science domain.

. Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks to identify new opportunities.

. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative solutions.

. Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready and deploy in customer enviornment.

Required Qualifications

. Degree in Chemistry / Bio Chemistry and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence

. Strong programming skills in Python.

. Experience building web applications, APIs, and backend services.

. Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic AI concepts.

. Familiarity with JavaScript/React and modern application development practices.

. Strong Chemical /BioChemical domain and problem-solving skills,

. Good communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.
