We are a recruitment agency representing a construction tech company that uses BIM, digital tools, and sustainable building solutions to help real estate developers, contractors, and government projects build faster, smarter, and greener.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, monitor, and summarize BIM projects to ensure efficient execution and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate the work of BIM teams and assist department leaders in resolving management-related matters.
- Supervise BIM model quality throughout the project, ensuring compliance with project requirements and relevant standards develop standard documentation.
- Lead the BIM team, set team goals and plans, and provide guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including BIM project management and team leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in architectural project design and management experience independently managing large-scale BIM projects is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient with BIM software and tools capable of creating, editing, and coordinating BIM models familiar with BIM standards and workflows able to ensure BIM model quality and coordination.
- Strong team management and communication skills able to effectively coordinate and guide team members.
- Knowledge of full-process BIM application and strong reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different project types capable of resolving technical or other unexpected issues relevant team management experience required.
