Qualifications & Experiences
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in / Architecture / BIM or closely related fields with two (2) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
- Computer application competency and solid knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and other BIM application tools.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc would be an advantage.
- Able to coordinate between the project team is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.
- To model all elements as per design intent & construction specs and provide design support.
- Able to perform all lower-level drafter tasks.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks within deadline.
