Job Description & Requirements

. Develop, update, and maintain high-quality 3D BIM Models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and quality control.

. Prepare and manage BIM deliverables to support design development, authority submissions (e-submissions), and construction documentation.

. Collaborate closely with project teams to produce detailed CAD drawings and BIM outputs.

. Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure models are updated and clash-free.

. Provide structural design advice and technical support to internal/external stakeholders.

. Other temporary tasks assigned

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

. Minimum 2 experience or above in civil and structural field

. High proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp

. Experience in LTA, bridge structure design or bearing replacement project will be an added advantage

.Strong understanding of Singapore BIM standards and regulatory requirements.

.Willingness to travel to various site locations across Singapore when required.

. Possess a proactive attitude, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
