• Job Description:

  . Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary by using BIM modelling, AutoCAD, Revit & MicroStation.

  . Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.

  . Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.

  . Review rough sketches, drawings, specification, and other engineering data received from Project Manager or GM to ensure that they confit to design concepts.

  . Provide adjustments as necessary.

  . Site inspection and co-ordination of M&E system with builders works and other trades in the project.

  . Documentation and administration work related to the site installation and co-ordination works.

  Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in Electrical BIM Models related projects.
  • Able to operate Revit software and Microsoft office.
  • Able to handle estimating.
  • Certificate in advance AutoCAD and Revit MEP course.
  • Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting work.
  • Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
