BIM Modeller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using software such as Revit.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams.

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models from design concepts.

• Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.

• Update models based on design changes and site feedback.

• Support documentation and project submissions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
