Job Description
ACMV BIM Modeller
Working Days: 5 Days | location: Central
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ACMV BIM models for construction projects
- Prepare ACMV shop drawings, coordination drawings and related technical documentation
- Update drawings according to site conditions, approved revisions and project requirements
- Coordinate ACMV services with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines
- Assist in resolving BIM clashes and drawing coordination issues
- Maintain drawing revisions and BIM documentation
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and project completion documents
Job Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience in ACMV BIM modelling or ACMV shop drawings is preferred
- Exposure to ducting, ventilation, mechanical services or building MEP projects will be advantageous
