BIM Modeller (Structural / Architectural)

Job Title: BIM Modeller (Structural / Architectural) ID6017
Location: City Hall
Salary Range: $3,600 - $4,500
Working Hour:Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare detailed 3D Revit models and 2D shop/working drawings for architectural and structural trades.
. Perform clash detection checks and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models.
. Extract shop drawings directly from BIM models for site construction.
. Update models to reflect as-built conditions for final project completion and handover.
