Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform BIM Modelling for specific discipline and trades
  • Perform Quality Assurance / Quality Control/ Clash Detection to ensure quality
  • Produce individual service drawings / combined service drawings / combined service models and ensure that the models / drawings are accurate

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Building Information Modelling, Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM Modelling
  • Experience in BIM 360 / REVIT / Navisworks or equivalent is an advantage
  • Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings
  • Knowledgeable in local BCA standards
  • Team Player
  • Able to work independently
  • Working experience in HDB project is required
