Job Summary
Prepare and manage technical drawings and BIM models to support construction and civil engineering projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate site coordination and timely adjustments, driving project efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draw, and distribute technical drawings and calculations in compliance with project requirements and regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with project teams and production units to provide timely adjustments and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate site activities by verifying drawings and resolving discrepancies to support smooth construction progress
- Develop and maintain BIM models with accurate parameters and attributes to enable BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation for project planning
- Update BIM models regularly to reflect design changes and support project documentation accuracy
- Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support project delivery and team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction building and civil engineering industry
- Expertise in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD software applications
- Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in drawings and model development
