Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Revit) and create Revit Families/Components.
- Produce 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Navisworks.
- Work with engineers for design inputs, attend site meetings, and update models throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure models adhere to Singapore's codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Extract quantities for cost estimation and procurement.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drafting or related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and security systems.
- Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
