BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Revit and CAD software for design and drafting tasks.
• Utilize experience with main contractors and MEP coordination to create CSD drawings.
• Apply knowledge of DfMA modular manufacturing and MEP component installation processes.
• Develop and review 3D models, translating them into accurate 2D drawings.
• Analyze building structural, architectural, and MEP layouts to ensure proper service installations.
• Support Project Managers, Factory Managers, and the project team with various tasks.
• Prepare shop drawings, address consultant feedback, and manage re-submissions efficiently.
• Perform clash detection and generate related reports using 3D models.
• Maintain drawing compliance with project requirements, manage documentation, and coordinate with engineers and architects.
• Implement Quality Assurance processes while managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in main contractor coordination or any related.
• Skilled in understanding DFMA modular prefab MEP requirements, including material selection, fabrication, assembly, and inspection.
