Job Summary
You will lead BIM coordination and management activities to ensure accurate and efficient digital model development and construction documentation. Drive quality control and clash coordination on construction sites to support seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Apply corporate BIM standards, methodologies, and operational procedures to maintain consistency and quality across projects
- Perform quality control checks on digital project models using BIM software to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare detailed project models and construction documents using BIM software to support design and construction phases
- Establish and manage project workflows throughout all project phases to optimize collaboration and efficiency
- Set up BIM projects and administer ongoing project data to maintain up-to-date and organized digital assets
- Coordinate clash detection and resolution on construction sites to prevent conflicts and delays
- Prepare and update Revit models and coordination drawings to reflect project progress and changes
- Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings to support construction and record-keeping
- Collaborate with Project Document Controllers to ensure accurate and timely data transfer between teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM authoring tools to execute BIM modeling and coordination tasks effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architectural field to provide foundational technical knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management to demonstrate broad expertise
- Experience adopting BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion to enhance project delivery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to support accurate model development
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively under pressure
