About the Role
You will join projects at kick-off, initially supporting the Senior BIM Coordinator / Project BIM Manager through setup and mobilisation, and subsequently taking over as the project's day-to-day BIM lead once the project is running. This is a role for someone ready to grow into project leadership across our MOHH, HDB, and GPE portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager during project mobilisation - BEP setup, CDE configuration, and rollout of templates and standards.
- Progress to lead the project's day-to-day BIM coordination after kick-off.
- Run discipline coordination (AR / CS / MEP), clash detection and resolution, and model QA against project standards.
- Maintain the CDE, model version control, and issue tracking.
- Produce coordinated deliverables - regulatory submission models, shop/coordination drawings, and quantities.
- Support DfMA / PPVC / precast coordination.
- Support BCA / CORENET X submissions under senior guidance, progressing towards ownership.
- Support tender and bid preparation and other ad hoc proposals when required, including model-based visualisations, quantity take-offs, and coordination inputs.
- Liaise with offshore BIM modellers, discipline teams, and site.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in C&S, Architecture, M&E, or Building-related discipline.
- 3-5years of BIM coordination experience on building projects.
- Certification in Model Authoring/ BIM Software Certification Courses
- Digital Delivery Management (DDM) accreditation Tier 3
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks working knowledge of ACC /BIM 360, AutoCAD , etc or equivalent
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements.
- Self-driven, with the coordination and communication skills to grow into a project lead role.
- All disciplines welcome C&S / structural background preferred (current team gap).
