Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible in producing precast shop drawing on component for HDB projects.
- Preferably familiar with utilizing BIM software (e.g Revit, Tekla Structures) to develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete elements, including walls, beams, columns, slabs, and connections, based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- To understand architect and structural drawings and generate model/shop drawings for precast manufacturing and fabrication
- Raise RFI when discrepancies are found in consultant drawings
- Make revisions and update shop drawing based on comments and feedback
- Issue shop drawing to production team
- Coordinate with other drafter/modeller to ensure the model/shop drawing are correct
- Develop standardized models for precast components
Qualifications:-
- Diploma/ITE graduate in civil structural engineering
- Well verse in Tekla software for modelling purposes
- Well verse in AutoCAD
- Well verse in English (Communication & Written)
