Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team dedicated to innovative BIM practices and play a key role in developing precise 3D models to meet project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

Support the BIM Coordinator and project team with daily BIM implementation tasks. Develop accurate 3D models for drawing preparation, authority submissions, clash reporting, and presentations. Ensure all models, drawings, and deliverables adhere to project quality standards and BIM requirements. Conduct clash detection and facilitate visual walkthroughs to maintain model integrity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage model and design changes effectively. Prepare architectural tender drawings in both 2D and 3D formats as well as BIM architectural models. Provide mentorship to team members, offering guidance, feedback, and direction regarding work methodologies and outputs. Demonstrate extensive knowledge in creating a variety of Revit Families.

Requirements

Relevant educational background in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in BIM coordination and 3D modeling, particularly with Revit. Ability to conduct clash detection and report findings effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables. Experience in mentoring or guiding team members is an asset. Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
