MEP Design BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities

• Construct and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk REVIT to reflect the latest design information and ensure drawing accuracy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design changes and resolve model challenges
• Prepare BIM models to support visualization and enable informed decision-making based on design updates
• Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and design specifications
• Produce combined M&E services drawings, builders work drawings, and detailed shop drawings aligned with design criteria
• Perform clash detection within BIM models to identify and resolve conflicts proactively
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflows to maintain consistent processes and quality
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to ensure uniformity and high-quality deliverables
• Document all drawings with proper version control and traceability for project records
• Conduct modelling quality control checks to uphold accuracy and completeness of BIM outputs
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall project success and delivery

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in MEP or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling and M&E design
3. Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and standards
4. Proficient in Autodesk REVIT for BIM modelling and drawing production
5. Skilled in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup
6. A team player with sense of responsibility
