This assignment places you at the heart of a significant rail infrastructure development project within Singapore. You will be instrumental in the design and construction phases of new MRT lines, extensions, or critical upgrades, working on complex underground and elevated structures, stations, tunnels, and associated rail systems.

The technical scope involves working within a collaborative BIM Level 2/3 environment, integrating architectural, structural, MEP, and civil models. Your role is pivotal in ensuring model accuracy, facilitating multidisciplinary coordination, performing clash detection, and generating precise construction documentation to meet stringent project timelines and Singapore's exacting infrastructure standards. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Develop, maintain, and update accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, MEP, and civil elements of rail infrastructure projects, adhering to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Singapore's local standards. Perform regular clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks or similar software, proactively identifying and resolving design conflicts. Generate detailed 2D drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models for construction, fabrication, and coordination purposes. Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with design specifications. Support the integration of 4D (scheduling) and 5D (costing) BIM applications, contributing to project planning and control. Ensure all BIM deliverables meet quality standards, project deadlines, and client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Tickets & Certifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional - Revit). Experience: Verifiable track record (5+ years) as a BIM Modeller, with significant experience specifically on rail, metro, or large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Singapore. Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks Manage is mandatory. Desirable / Advantageous: Familiarity with Bentley OpenBuildings, MicroStation, or other relevant BIM platforms. Experience with LTA (Land Transport Authority) BIM standards and workflows. Knowledge of Dynamo or other visual programming tools for BIM automation.

Location: Project site(s) within Singapore (specific details provided upon application). Working Arrangement: Standard 5 days per week, site-based.
