BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

. Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP or façade works.

. Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.

. Coordinate BIM models with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve design clashes.

. Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software.

. Update BIM models to reflect design revisions and as-built conditions.

. Ensure all BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.

. Extract schedules, quantities, and material information from BIM models when required.

. Collaborate with project, engineering, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

. Maintain proper document control and version management of BIM files.

. Support project planning, fabrication, and site installation through accurate modelling.

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

. Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling experience in construction, façade, aluminium, or MEP projects.

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.

. Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination processes.

. Experience preparing shop drawings and fabrication drawings.

. Knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.

. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.
