Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and revise BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.
- Assist in 4D simulations and BIM-based quantity take-offs.
- Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Prepare plumbing, sanitary, gas, and architectural drawings as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam and AutoCAD MEP.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HDB, commercial, or residential projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural construction documents.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local codes of practice for plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems.
