BIM Modeller (M&E / C&S / Archi)

Responsibilities:

.Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models

.Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission

.Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)

.Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated

.Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required

.Support BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in coordinating with other stakeholders whenever required

Requirements:

.At least 1 year or close to 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work

.Archi BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD

.M&E BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD

.C&S BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

.Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software would be an added advantage (On the job training will be provided to candidates without relevant software experience)
