BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain BIM models (Architecture / Structure / MEP) using Autodesk Revit and/or other BIM software

. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documents

. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy

. Update and revise models based on design changes or site conditions

. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project-specific requirements

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

. Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience

. Familiar with Singapore construction standards and practices

. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
