BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop, update, and manage accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and contractors to integrate multidisciplinary models.

. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts through model coordination and collaboration meetings.

. Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation, and BIM deliverables in compliance with project requirements and local standards.

. Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

. Support project teams with design revisions, quantity take-offs, and drawing extractions from the BIM model.

. Participate in regular coordination meetings and provide model updates based on feedback and site conditions.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards (e.g., BCA BIM e-submission requirements).

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in BIM modelling within the construction or engineering industry.

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.

. Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and local building codes.

. Familiarity with BIM coordination processes, clash detection, and model-based workflows.

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects in Singapore.

. Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BCA BIM Management Certification).

. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and Singapore BIM Guide.
