BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities:

Assist BIM/VDC Manager, collect information from site coordinators and create

BIM/VDC progress, simulations and schedules for presentation.

Prepare clash reports and conduct virtual walkthrough during technical meetings.

Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models

Create Revit families for project

Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule

Coordinate with the Consultants to document and update design changes in the field in a timely manner

Initiate and present walkthrough sessions as and when needed

Record and control in and out drawing registry

Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where

discrepancies occur

Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical

Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP
