BIM Modeller

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

. Work closely with Engineers and responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD

. Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance with specifications or statutory requirements.

. Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.

. Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as-built purposes.

. Should be able to adapt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project

JOB REQUIREMENT

. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

. At least 1 year of relevant industry experience

. Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.

. Knowledge in design and building projects and relevant code of practice.

. Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is a must.

. Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive
